Hello everyone!
Now-a-days, life has been busy for all. Children are busy in their schools, teenagers are busy in their colleges and adults are busy in household work or 9 to 5 jobs. Being a freelancer, I don’t have a fixed work time. Due to this, I end up skipping meals or having junk food.
Last year, soft drinks were a major part of my daily routine. I used to have them at least twice a day. And due to this, I gained some of bad health issues. This is the time when I switched to Green Tea. I must say that it changed my health completely. So, today I am reviewing Premium Tulsi Green Tea from a brand named First Bud Organics.
About First Bud Organics
As the name says, ‘First Bud Organics,’ so this brand gets the original tea leaves direct from the tea gardens. All the products are grown naturally and are free from chemicals, pollution and pesticides. The brand works very closely with the partners and manufacturers just to ensure that every product is genuine and of highest quality.
Premium Tulsi Green Tea
This is a pure Tulsi Green Tea made of three ingredients:
1. Green Tea Leaves
2. Rama Tulsi
3. Shyama Tulsi
Benefits
1. It contains natural whole fresh leaves.
2. All the tea leaves are naturally grown without any chemicals.
3. Tulsi tea is an excellent antioxidant.
4. It helps to boost your immunity and reduces cholesterol.
5. It also controls blood pressure and eliminates toxins from your body.
6. Regular drinking of this tea will help you fight infections too.
How to Prepare?
Step 1: Take 200 ml of water in a pan and bring to boil.
Step 2: Let it cool down little bit and then add 2 grams of tea leaves.
Note: The natural tea leaves have natural taste, so I would recommend that you should use only 2 grams of tea leaves. Don’t take more than 2 grams as your tea could taste strong.
Step 3: Cover it with lid and let it brew for 3 - 4 minutes.
Step 4: Strain the tea into a cup by using a tea strainer.
Step 5: Sip and enjoy your Tulsi Green Tea.
Note: You can reuse the tea leaves 1 or 2 times more. But I never reuse the strained tea leaves as it changes the taste.
Uses of Tulsi Green Tea
1. It helps you cure cold and cough.
2. If you have fever, drink 2-3 cups in a day and your body temperature will get back to normal. (Remember High Fever cannot be cured with only this, you need to take medicine too.)
3. If you are feeling lazy, Tulsi Green Tea kicks your body system and makes you active.
4. Regular drinking of Tulsi Green Tea helps you to reduce weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My Experience on the Product
The packaging of the product is good. The tea leaves are packed in a plastic bag and then put inside the tin box. The lid of the tea box is airtight and does not spoil the taste or aroma of tea leaves.
As I cut the inside plastic bag, I could smell the aroma of the tea leaves. At first go I got to know that these leaves are natural, so I was very keen to try this out.
I prepared my First Bud Organics Premium Tulsi Green Tea in the same way as mentioned above. It tastes exactly like tulsi leaves. The taste is mild and refreshing. As I had a 3-4 sips, my mind was refreshed and my body became active. I have been drinking this tea from 10 days and I love the taste. The tea leaves are same as they came on the first day. There is no change in taste or aroma even in the monsoon weather.
So, my last verdict is that this is a must try product. You should drink 1 or 2 cups of Tulsi Green Tea to have positive changes on your health and life.
