This year (2019), I couldn't imagine a day without my Lip Care Products. We take good care of our skin, but we often forget that taking care of lips is equally important. So, this year, I pledged to take good care of my lips and here I am sharing about - Best Lip Care Products in 2019.
Jan 2019 : I started the year with Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. This was the first lip care product that I started using in 2019. I got a combo of Laneige Sleeping Masks when I visited Korea in 2018. This sleeping mask has been a game changer for my lips. Usually, my lips were dry but Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask improved the conditions of my lips within two months. My lips were not too dry any more. Every morning, I woke up with soft, pink and plump lips. If love using Korean Beauty products then you should definitely try Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask.

March 2019 : As the dryness of my lips improved, so I wanted to try lip scrubs. Lip scrubs are used to exfoliate lips well and remove dry flakes. In short, lip scrubs makes your lips soft and smooth. While searching on Amazon, I came across Seer Secrets Lip Scrub. Seer Secrets Rambutan, Dates & Liquorice Lip Scrub is a blend of natural ingredients with raw sugar cane that helps to remove dead cells and flaky layer on lips. This is a mild scrub that exfoliate lips well and makes them smooth. With regular usage, it helps to attain pink and soft lips.

May 2019 : In summers, lips appeared to be darker due to sweat and hot weather. I came across an Organic brand - Bella Vita and ordered Bella Vita Nico Lips Lip Scrub Balm. This is a lip scrub that exfoliates as well as moisturises the lips. It is made with natural ingredients that improve the lip colour and help to attain the original colour of your lips. I used this for two months and saw visible difference in the lip colour. This scrub has oats powder, mango butter, aloe vera and shea butter which remove flakes and moisturises lip well.

July 2019 : This month, I started exploring more Lip Care Products to pamper my lips. I came across a brand - NaturesButterbyShree. This is a homegrown brand that specialises in making organic products for skin and hair. The brand was kind enough to send me NatureButterbyShree Lip Scrub and Lip Balm. I started using this lip care combo to see how it works. This lip care combo worked well and kept my lips soft, smooth and moisturised. I have a lip care video on my Instagram, do watch it. September : I was happy using lip scrubs twice or thrice a week to keep my lips smooth. This month, I received products from Vilvah Store which consisted of Lip Scrub too. Vilvah Lip Scrub is mild scrub with a thick (wet) consistency. This scrub is made of organic sugar and organic honey with a hint of lemon essential oil, shea butter, almond oil and avocado. These ingredients work together to keeps your lips soft and moisturised. When I started using this lip scrub then I didn't feel the need of lip balm as it kept my lips moisturised after use. But I still applied lip balm to lock the moisturising effect.

November 2019 : I was loving the usage of organic products because they are free from chemicals and keep your skin and body in good condition. This month, I tried Wild Organica Lip Balm enriched with the goodness of butters, cocoa and oils like cocoa butter, shea butter, coffee infused almond oil, beetroot infused avocado oil, rosehip oil, olive oil, castor oil, vitamin E oil, etc. I am still using this lip balm and it melts onto the lips on application. Just apply 2-3 layers of lip balm to keep your lips moisturised. It helps to reduce pigmentation from lips with regular usage (Use twice a day).

Currently, I am using this lip balm and keeping my lips moisturised in cold winter days.

Here, is the current condition of my lips, after maintaining them over a year.
Tip : In winters apply melted desi ghee or virgin olive oil or virgin coconut oil on lips and leave them overnight. Within few days, your dry and chapped lips will become soft and smooth.

That's quite a wide variety of lip products you've tried this year! I haven't yet used any lip mask and would sure love to try. Lip scrubs are balms are my go-to for soft lips.
