Do you know that you can style long Kurtis as dresses? Yes! You read it right. I love experimenting with my wardrobe to form easy yet stylish looks. Few weeks back, I took out my favourite Kurti from Libas India and thought to style it in a different way. Let's see how I styled Libas India Kurti Dress!
Wear Kurti as a Dress
The first and foremost thing I did with my Libas India Kurti was, I wore it like a dress (I didn't pair it with leggings). As you can see in the picture, I wore a Anarkali Style Kurta. This is a cotton kurta that is comfortable to wear during any season. It has a V-style neck with a printed patch on the outline of the neck. It is straight till the waist and has a larger round bottom to form Anarkali design.
Wear Matching Accessories
Next I added a pair of earrings from Voylla that matched the outfit well. You should always add 1 or 2 accessories to your outfit as it makes your look better. As I wore an ethnic Kurti, so I wore feather earrings that added another ethnic touch to my outfit look. These earrings are light-weight that can be worn for the entire day.
Create a Messy Hairstyle
I have noticed that whenever I create a different outfit look then messy hairstyles go well with it. Here, I created a messy small bun with half hair and let the other half open. Currently, I have been liking such hairstyles as they are easy to create and recreate.
Simple Yet Elegant Makeup
I prefer keeping my makeup simple, so here is the breakdown of my makeup look for Libas India Kurti Dress Outfit Look:
Face Base : Jaquline USA Compact Powder
Eyeliner : Blue Heavens Liquid Eyeliner
Lips : Juicy Lip Tint (from Korea)
That's it! Isn't this simple yet elegant?
Different Footwear
When you wear a Kurti as a dress then you can experiment with different styles of footwear. As I was going out to meet a friend, so I opted to wear a pair of comfortable footwear from Hopscotch. You can also wear shoes if you are going on travel or heels if you are going for a party.
I hope you would incorporate these easy styling tips in your every day looks. Do let me know how did you like My Libas India Kurti Dress Styling. Write a comment below and share the article with your family and friends and let them create different looks.
